Payment A minimum deposit of $150.00 will be required within seven (7) days of booking to confirm and secure the booking. Full payment will be required twenty eight (28) days prior to the arrival date. In the event of the booking being made within less than twenty eight (28) days of anticipated arrival, the full amount will be required within seven (7) days.
Cancellation Policy Deposit monies are refundable less a $50.00 administration fee on cancellations received in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to arrival in low and mid seasons and twenty eight (28) days in high season. If a cancellation is received in less than the above timeframe, the full deposit will be retained.
'No Show' Policy In the event of the guest/s failing to arrive, the equivalent of one (1) nights tariff or the full deposit paid will be retained.
